BEEF ROAST AND GRAVY 
4 to 6 lbs. sirloin tip roast
1 env. Lipton's onion soup
1 can mushroom soup

Pour soups over roast and seal air tight in foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 425 to 450 degrees for medium, or 3 to 3 1/2 hours for well done.

Leftover roast and gravy can be used for lunch box sandwiches or serve with mashed potatoes and have hot roast beef sandwiches.
