CROCK POT ROAST BEEF AND GRAVY | |
3 1/2 - 4 pounds boneless sirloin roast 1/2 cup flour 1 package Campbell's Onion Soup Mix 1 package brown gravy mix 2 cups cold water Slice roast thin. Salt and pepper. Put 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and meat in zip-lock bag and shake until all pieces are coated. Place meat in 5 quart crock pot. Mix onion soup mix and gravy mix together in 2 cups cold water. Pour over meat. Cook on high 1 hour and on low another 7 hours. |
