MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 12/ c. salad oil
4 c. chopped uncooked vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower florets, carrots,
zucchini, tomatoes, onion, etc.

In a jar, mix vinegar, sugar, dill seed, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Shake well.

Add oil and shake. Pour over chopped vegetables. Marinate several hours or overnight, turning several times. Serve chilled. Keeps a couple of days.
