PERSIMMON PIE 
3 eggs
2 c. persimmon pulp
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
13 oz. evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turn down to 350 degrees and bake additional 45 minutes or until done.
