PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
2 c. persimmon pulp 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in milk 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. sour milk 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder 1 stick of melted butter Mix in order given and bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven after 40 minutes and spread with this sauce. SAUCE: 1 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. butter 2 tsp. flour 1 1/2 c. water Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over pudding. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes. |
