PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmons (heaping)
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter (melted)
Dash of salt

Bake on high heat (400 degrees) until brown. Pudding will rise up and fall when taken out of oven.
