2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. yellow food coloring
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients and pour into Pyrex cooking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
