OVEN BUDGE MEAL 
1/2 - 1 lb. round steak or cheaper cut beef
2 tbsp. oil
1 layer of onion slices, 1 med.
1 layer of potato slices, 4 med.
1 lg. can tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Pound flour into meat. Layer pieces in large frying pan and brown slightly. Drain off fat and layer meat, then potatoes and onions. Pour tomatoes over the top of layers. Bake in slow oven 250 degrees approximately 2 hours or until done.
