1 box Jiffy pie crust
6 yellow Delicious apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. applespice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water

Mix Jiffy pie shell according to directions on box. In large bowl peel, slice, chop apples. Add sugar, flour, water, apple spice and vanilla. Mix well.

In greased deep pie dish place crust. Add apple mixture. Cover with top crust. Garnish with butter. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
