GRAPE-NUTS BREAD 
1 c. Grape-Nuts
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine Grape-Nuts and sour milk and let stand 1 hour. Add baking soda and stir. Combine and add the eggs and sugar. Combine and add the flour and salt.

Bake at 375°F for about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

Makes 2 loaves.
