CRULLERS 
6 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 whole egg
1 oz. imitation rum
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
11 egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water

Sift together the flour, sugar and salt 3 times. Mix in the remaining ingredients for 5 minutes. Knead the dough until bubbles appear. Let the dough rest for 1 hour. Roll dough as thin as possible. Cut into 2 inch strips diagonally. Put a slit through the center and pull one end through the center cut. Deep fry for about 10 seconds on each side in the hot oil. EAT! EAT!
