CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. Ocean Spray Fresh Cranberries, whole

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in shortening until coarse. Combine egg, orange juice, and rind. Pour all at once into dry ingredients, mixing just enough to dampen. Carefully fold in nuts and cranberries. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out dry, about 55 to 60 minutes.
