ROBERTA'S HAMBURG SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, stewed
2 cans beef consomme
1 can onion soup
1 can carrots
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. Orzo (rice shaped macaroni)

Cook hamburg and add all other ingredients. Simmer for about 1/2 hour. Option: add taco seasoning for a more spicy taste.
