CATHY'S HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
1 c. diced carrots
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 c. water
1 can string beans

Brown beef; stir in onions and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until all is tender, about 20 minutes.

Serves 6.
