SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. catsup
1 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper

Mix well. Roll in balls, fry 15 minutes. Put in casserole dish.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce

Mix well and pour over meatballs. Bake 1/2 hour. Serve and freezes well.
