FUDGE PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell
2 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with butter. Stir in condensed milk, hot water, and eggs; mix well. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
