GREEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Mix milk, chilies, and onion alternate mixture with tortillas and cheese in casserole dish and top with soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

NOTE: If you use jalapenos instead of green chilies, this will be one of the "hottest" dishes imaginable. Try it (if you dare) !
