ZUCCHINI BARS 
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
9 c. peeled and sliced zucchini

Cook all of the above until soft.

CRUST:

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 sticks butter

Combine the above 4 ingredients. Take 1/2 of the crust mixture and put in bottom of jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Next, add 1/2 of the remaining crust mixture into the cooled zucchini mixture. Pour this over the cooled crust. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the remaining 1/4 crust mixture and sprinkle on top of filling. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
