OATMEAL SHEET CAKE 
1 c. quick oats
1 c. boiling water
1 stick butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine oatmeal, boiling water and butter. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into greased and floured sheet pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

PEANUT BUTTER ICING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. peanut butter

Boil water and brown sugar for 1 minute. Let cool and add peanut butter. Stir well until mixed. Pour over cake while cake is warm.
