CHEESY POPCORN 
3 qt. popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt

Pop corn in popper. Melt butter in small skillet. Add cheese and stir. Pour over popcorn and stir. Salt to taste.

If a crispier corn is desired, spread on cookie sheet and heat in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Toss and serve.
