PECAN PASTRIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp. cream
2 c. pecan pieces

Cook first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler until thick. Add nuts. Let cool.

Make rich pastry, roll thin, cut in 3 to 4 inch squares, place one spoonful of mixture onto each pastry square. Fold opposite corners together to form sealed triangle. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until brown.
