CRANBERRY SHRUB 
This delicious appetizer is a favorite at New England’s "Toll House" - famous the country over.

1 pint cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup syrup from any sweet pickled or spiced fruit preserve, such as spiced watermelon, peaches, etc.

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Serve as thirst quencher or as a first course.

Makes 4 to 6 tall glasses, depending on size of glass.
