FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into foil cupcake liners in muffin pans or cake pan. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving. |
