DRESSING WITH BACON 
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. hot water
1 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. butter

Fry bacon until crisp. Break into small bits. Place in preheated quart jar. Beat eggs with mustard until thick. Mix sugar and seasoning and cornstarch into eggs. Add water and vinegar. Place over very low heat and cook until mixture thickens. Add butter. Pour over bacon in jar.
