OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. Bisquick 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up Melt butter in oblong 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper and coat chicken. Place chicken, skin side down, in pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes; turn and bake until done, 15 minutes. |
