BOILED CUSTARD | |
1 c. sugar 8 eggs 3 tbsp. flour Approximately 14 marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla Mix eggs and sugar and flour together. Put milk on to heat with marshmallows over low heat. Put egg mixture into double boiler. Heat it. When that heats, pour milk into egg mixture. Let cook until it thickens. Stir during this time and you can beat with mixer to make smoother. Let cool and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 1 gallon. |
