MEXICAN GRITS 
1 c. instant grits, cooked
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Grated onion or finely chopped
2 well beaten eggs
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well in order given. Pour into greased cake pan or square bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
