FRUIT COBBLER 
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 400°F. Put butter in baking dish and place in oven to melt while you mix sugar, flour, milk and egg. Pour this in middle of your baking dish over butter. Drain any can of fruit or berries. Spread on top of other mixture. Save juice drained from fruit to pour over cobbler after removing from oven. Cook at 400°F until brown, about 15 or 20 minutes.
