PUMPKIN ROLLS | |
3 eggs 2/3 c. canned pumpkin 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt Grease 15 x 10 pan and line with waxed paper. Spread batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn onto pastry cloth and let sit for 10 minutes. Roll up longways like jelly rolls and let cool. Unroll and ice. Reroll wrap in waxed paper, and refrigerate. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. butter (at room temperature) Beat above ingredients and spread on roll. Cut roll in half and wrap. |
