HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
2 lb. carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine carrots and water in medium saucepan. Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 8 minutes or until crisp and tender. Drain and return to pan. Add honey and remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until butter and sugar melt.
