MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
BOTTOM LAYER:

60 Hi Ho crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Reserve some for top.

TOP LAYER:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 (8 oz.) container of whipped topping
2 cans drained mandarin oranges

Crush crackers. Add sugar and melted butter. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Save some to cover top.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, frozen orange juice, whipped topping and mandarin oranges. Spread over crumb layer and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill. Serves 12-15.
