LIME-PINEAPPLE-CABBAGE-MARSHMALLOW
SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated cabbage, very fine
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water. Add marshmallows while water is still hot. Stir until partially dissolved.

Add pineapple juice. Place in refrigerator until partially congealed. Fold in whipping cream (whipped until stands up in peaks), mayonnaise, pineapple, cabbage and nuts. Mayonnaise may be folded in whipped cream first, then folded into Jello last. Pour into 9"x9"x2" Pyrex dish. Refrigerate until firm.
