1/2 c. butter (1 cube)
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. bowl popcorn

In saucepan melt butter. Add all other ingredients except popcorn. Stir constantly and bring to boil. Cook for 3 minutes to a soft ball (usually at medium high heat). Spoon over popcorn and mix. I do this in stages -pour some popcorn in bowl, spoon ooey-gooey over it, add more popcorn, then more ooey-gooey, etc. Yummy! Kids love it!
