ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE IMPERIAL 
4 c. diced zucchini, cooked until just barely tender, steaming is best
2 eggs
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped chili peppers, canned
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in rest of ingredients. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
