GRASSHOPPER MILKSHAKE 
1 cup milk or almond milk
1-2 tablespoons of sugar free vanilla pudding
1 banana
1/4 cup Splenda
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Ice
Handful of Spinach

Mix in blender til smooth. You may opt to use any flavor of puddings, fruits or sweeteners. My husband has this shake for his lunch daily!!
