BONNIE'S SOFT CORNSTARCH COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In bowl stir together first 3 ingredients. Beat butter until smooth. Beat in flour mixture and vanilla until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls and place 1 1/2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with lightly floured fork. Make at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly brown. NOTE: Can add 1/4 cup cocoa and 1/4 teaspoon salt with dry ingredients.
