1 lb. rotini
3 carrots, grated
1 sm. red onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cubed ham
1 (16 oz.) frozen peas

Mix. 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/2 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. sugar

Stir together. Pour dressing over. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
