STRAWBERRY PIE GLAZE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water

Cook until boiling. Stir constantly. Reduce heat and cook until clear and thick. Add 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry Jello. Dissolve and cool.

Bake pie shell - cool. Place strawberries (fresh) in cooled shell and pour glaze over berries. Garnish with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
