STEAK DIANE 
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Cook and stir mushrooms, onion, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard in 3 tablespoons butter until mushrooms and onion are tender. Keep sauce warm. Sprinkle meat with lemon pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and stir-fry steak. Pour sauce over the steak and sprinkle with parsley.
