SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. crumbs
1 can chicken soup
2 c. squash

Cook, drain and mash squash. Mix and place in baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix together and sprinkle crumbs on top of squash. Bake 275 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
