STELLA'S UNBAKED COOKIES

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk

Bring to a boil, stirring all the time. Remove from heat and add:

1 sm. pkg. butterscotch pudding (instant)
3 1/2 c. oatmeal, quick cooking

Mix well; cool 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
