CAREFREE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. diced cooked chicken or ground beef
1 c. carrots and peas, drained
1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place Minute rice (right from box) in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. In saucepan, soup, water, peas and carrots, chicken or ground beef and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir onto the Minute rice. Top with grated cheese.

Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir before serving. If desired top with hot French onion rings. Makes about 4 servings.
