HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, diced
1 #2 can peas, drained
3 med. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat, browned
2 stalks celery, diced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

Place layers of vegetables in crockpot; season with salt and pepper. Add the lightly browned meat on top of celery. Mix tomato soup and water and pour into crockpot. Cover and set to low for 6 - 8 hours, or high for 2 - 4 hours. Stir occasionally. This dish can be made in a Dutch oven on top of stove. Serves 8 to 10.
