LAURAY STIR - FRY PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. stir-fry pork strips
1/2 c. Lauray cooking sauce
1/2 c. chopped broccoli (frozen or fresh)
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
1 c. rice
1 tbsp. butter

Place pork strips in pan and stir fry in butter for 3 minutes to brown. Pour Lauray and vegetables in pan and simmer for 20 minutes. While waiting, cook rice, separate according to directions and drain. Pour Lauray stir-fry over rice to serve. Enjoy.
