BROWN SUGAR FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. cream (or evaporated milk)
4 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cream and butter. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil and cook exactly 1 1/2 minutes after it boils. Add vanilla and beat until of spreading consistency.
