12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Bake at 400 degrees; approximately 30 minutes.
