MUSHROOMY MEAT LOAF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs 1 med. green pepper 1/2 sm. onion 1 tsp. salt 1 c. rolled oats, quick cooking Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, oats, salt and eggs and blend thoroughly. Add 3/4 can of soup and blend again. Dice the onion and green pepper and give it a final mix. Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and top with the remaining soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
