CHERRY TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Put cupcake papers in muffin pan. Place one vanilla wafer in each muffin paper.

In a blender mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Fill muffin papers half full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove paper. Place two or three cherries on top. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
