FAVORITE CHERRY TART 
1 c. butter Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
1 lg. can cherry pie filling sauce

Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs and mix well adding the baking powder, sifted flour. Mix all up well. Add vanilla and almond flavoring. Spread this mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan and spread over top of this big spoonfuls of cherry pie filling sauce all over top about an inch apart making 3 rows of pie filling spots all over the dough. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes.

Instead of cherry pie filling, pineapple, apple, blueberry or peach fillings can be substituted with this recipe.
