CHERRY TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie topping

Mix first five ingredients until smooth. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each muffin tin. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool and add cherry topping.
